This is individual training covering the basics of NaturallySpeaking with Microsoft Excel. The curriculum is covered in two 2-hour sessions. Students must be proficient users of Microsoft Excel prior to attending this class. Learn how to:
- Import and use the Zephyr-TEC macros for Excel (purchased separately with Excelerate Guide.
- Use Dragon NaturallySpeaking with Microsoft Excel
- Write text and keystroke macros to create verbal shortcuts for frequently used tasks
- Apply custom formatting to worksheets using verbal commands
- Enter formulas and calculations by voice
